Bruce J. Cheriff: Your Legal Advocate

Bruce J. Cheriff is the managing attorney of Cheriff & Fink, P.C. and is a trial attorney whose law practice focuses on representing victims who have suffered injuries in negligence cases, including labor law / work site accidents, car accidents, wrongful death matters, slip, trip, and fall accidents, dog bites, and assaults.  Bruce is also a commercial litigator with active cases filed in both State and Federal Courts of New York.

Mr. Cheriff appeared on MSNBC where he discussed settling cases with insurance carriers using the internet.  He is also a Fee Dispute Arbitrator for the Unified Court System’s Ninth Judicial District.

Bruce lives in Westchester with his wife and his dog LaBooh.  His children have all graduated college and are now in the working world: One is a Spanish teacher, one is a Certified Music Therapist working with clients who are on hospice, and one is a freelance sound engineer, producer, and musician who also performs as the front man for his band, Modern Diet.

When Bruce is not writing briefs, doing legal research, or trying cases, he enjoys long walks and hikes with his wife and dog, going on the occasional bike trip abroad, and travel.   Bruce also still plays “old man” softball in the spring and summer.
